A Boys Dancing Alliance Dancing For The Games Project. Working with 78 boys from four Staffordshire Schools (Primary and Secondary)

 

The film follows one young mans journey to confront his darkest fears

A five day residency at

HM Prison Stoke Heath

 

Working within the constraints of a category C prison, Bricks was choreographed over a period of 4 days and filmed in just over 4 hours.

By fusing poetry, spoken word and energetic choreography, Bricks weaves together a tale of sadness and despair amidst an environment of fear and isolation

A PE class at school is a terrifying experience for some, it can make the most innocent of situations feel like a personal war zone. Be ready to defend yourself and to deal with the fear of being afraid
